Some of my biggest fears when choosing a builder to build our forever home were that it would take twice as long as they’d promise, cost twice as much and that we’d only get half the quality. None of which rang true when it came to Greenhead Homes. Even with the rainiest summer Georgia has had in 15 years (or so it seemed) our home was finished ahead of schedule, the quality was superb and other than some changes/upgrades we made along the way, the price stayed the same. We met with 5 other contractors before choosing these guys and all 5 of the others were “by the plans, you can’t make changes, it is what it is” type contractors. I wanted a custom (anti cookie cutter), quality built home and that’s exactly what I received. Mulherin Lumber, Miles Flooring, Southern Lighting, Stoneworks of Augusta..just to name a few, were also amazing to work with!

I waited to build a home until we retired and moved back to Ga. The waiting to build a home was strictly because of all the nightmare stories over the years. My husband said this is it, we are going to do this, and you will be just fine. Mind you he was an iron worker for 37years constructing high rise buildings so he had no fear. We had our plans drawn up , and were ready to start getting bids from builders. We got one bid, and that was from Greenhead and looked no further. Truthfully after meeting with them the very first time, I was at peace, and knew it would be a great experience!! It was better than great, not one issue, nor a complaint!! We could not be happier with our new home, and truly love the friendships that were developed with these guys!! Honesty as well as integrity is 100% in this business. BEST decision we ever made choosing these guys to build our forever home. They made the process easy and stress free as possible. If we had questions, they answered them. These guys were easy to talk to and very professional. They helped guide us in the best decision for us, if we were unsure about what we might want. They Never said "you don't want to do that." They ALWAYS reminded us, this is your house and we are doing this the way you want it done. So very thankful for all their hard work and dedication to making us happy.
